DELIVERY POLICY PH FRAGRANCES

1 / THE PRICES

The prices of the products are listed on our online catalogue. Prices are in euros, and include all taxes included (TTC ).

Prices can be changed at any time without notice. However, the items ordered will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time of the payment.

Any shipping in France, Monaco, Switzerland or a country of the European Union are charged VAT.

All shipments outside France, excluding Monaco, excluding Switzerland and the European Union are billed after deduction of VAT.

Customs duties or other local taxes or any import duties may be due and are the responsibility of the buyer. These rights and sums will be indicated at the time of delivery and will be payable directly to the carrier.

Prices shown do not include transport costs, packaging, insurance which are extra charged .

2 / PROCESSING OF ORDERS

All orders on pH fragrances On Line are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). All orders placed on the weekend, were processed the following Monday.

pH fragrances reserves the right to refuse or to cancel any orders if this proves to be fraudulent (see  Condition General Sales) .

An order is only shipped once it has been processed. An order can only be associated with one postal address.

The delivery address taken into account is the one indicated by the buyer when ordering.

If you place multiple orders on the same day, these orders will be distinct and we will not be able to group them together. The shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

3 / COUNTRY OF DELIVERY

For all orders for France and outside France, you can place your orders by www.phfragrances.fr and www.phfragrances.com

Given the regulatory restrictions on air transport for products containing alcohol, orders of the fragrances will only be accepted for the following countries  : France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Greece   ; Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic.

4 / DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery times are 3 to 5 business days on average from the date of shipment of the order. Depending on some of the more remote rural areas, the delay may be up to 14 working days.

By Colissimo, for France delivery times are 3 days.

By Colissimo, for Europe delivery times are less than 7 days.

By Chronopost, for France delivery times are 1 day.

By Chronopost, for Europe delivery times are l to 2 days.

These delivery times are given as an indication and are subject to availability of items. pH fragrances undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible of the possible delay of the shipping time.

pH fragrances can not be blamed and held responsible for the consequences of events beyond its control, for example related to the carrier or related to cases of major forces that tend to delay or prevent the proper delivery of products ordered.

Delay on delivery times can have consequence on the payment of damages to the benefit of the buyer.

5 / DELIVERY FEES

You will find on the pH fragrances website the delivery options. You can choose the delivery option that suits you best at the time of ordering.

A participation is requested corresponding to the expenses of packing, insurance, and sending and is included in the delivery costs indicated on the site .

6 / PACKAGE MONITORING

To track your order in France or Europe, please Login to the site Colissimo or Chronopost to get your package tracking number that you was sent upon confirmation of your order.

An order is only shipped once it has been processed and paid.

7 / RETURNS AND REFUNDS

According to the provisions of articles L.121-21 and according to the Consumer Code , upon receipt of your products, you have a period of 14 working days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty. This period will be deemed respected if the product or products are sent before the expiration of the fourteen day period.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to retract by means of an email to info@phfragrances.com

We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal by email.

Returns must be in their original condition and in full (s), and not used, in their packaging (s) of origin (s), allowing a new selling to new condition .

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimum management .

Beyond these 14 days , the order is considered definitive and no refund will be able to intervene, with the exception of the cases envisaged in the present GTCS.

If all conditions are met, reimbursement does not incur any fees for the buyer. This one will be refunded the value of the purchase including the standard shipping costs.

The refund will be deferred until the recovery of the products under the conditions indicated above.

8 / FORCE MAJEURE

In case of force majeure, considered by the jurisprudence and the laws in force, the purchaser and pH fragrances will have to agree together the best means of possible deliveries in such cases.

9 / PAYMENT

Payment is made on the order directly on our online store in CB (Mastercard , Visa, American Express , Massterpass , Paylib ) before shipment of the goods. All orders whatever their origin are payable in euros. At the time of the final validation of your order, you must indicate the number of your CB as well as its date of validity and the cryptogram. You must not at any time indicate your PIN. None of this information is transmitted and will be visible in clear on the Internet.

Payment by Paypal is also accepted via the online store. To do this, click the Paypal logo when your order validation.
